Sunsets and Rises

This photo is from a recent engagement session at Birds Hill Provincial Park. We chased down the sunset and took a couple amazing shots. The golden hour has always been my favorite time to shoot. Everything has a luminous, warm quality and we get some fantastic colors when the sun starts going down. Luckily in the prairies there isn’t much in the way to obscure your view of the full sunset. 1 point for Manitoba!
